VP Of Engineering

Requirements

1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior engineering management role.
3. Proficiency in .NET and .NET Core is essential.
4. Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
5. Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large-scale projects on time.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and execution of the company's engineering strategy.
2. Manage and mentor a team of engineers, driving high performance and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
3. Develop and maintain high-quality software design and architecture.
4. Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and ensure product success.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering practices and processes.
7. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
8. Stay updated on emerging technology trends and integrate them into operations and activities.
