Job Title: Jr. to Mid-Level Recruiters

Location: Bavdhan, Pune | Jayanagar, Bangalore (Hybrid)

Shift: Night Shift – 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST

Preference: Local Candidates to Pune/Bangalore Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates on W2 roles using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
• Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates for open roles
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements
• Maintain candidate data in ATS systems like Ceipal ATS
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Requirements:

• 1 - 6 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Sourcing
• Experience in US Staffing
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills on W2 roles highly preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in night shift
