Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Shift: Night Shift (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST)

Interview Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking.
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements from direct clients and implementation partners.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers.
• Negotiate rates, salary, and employment terms with candidates.
• Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions and interview coordination.
• Maintain candidate information in ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment.
• Strong experience with Boolean search and sourcing techniques.
• Experience working with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Understanding of US visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, CPT).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones).
