We’re building an MVP for a DeFi-based real estate platform and are looking for an experienced CTO to lead the technical vision and execution from an early stage. You’ll play a critical role in shaping architecture, building the core platform, and scaling the engineering function as the product grows.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic decision-making.

Requirements

1. Define and own the overall technical architecture and roadmap
2. Lead the design and development of a scalable, secure platform
3. Make key decisions around tech stack, infrastructure, and tooling
4. Work closely with product, design, and business teams to align technology with product goals
5. Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team
6. Oversee backend, frontend, blockchain, and infrastructure development

Responsibilities

1. 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with leadership experience
2. Strong background in system architecture and scalable platform design
3. Experience building and launching products from MVP to production
4. Solid knowledge of backend systems, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
5. Ability to lead both hands-on development and high-level technical strategy
6. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
7. Ensure best practices in security, performance, and reliability
8. Manage technical risks, technical debt, and system scalability
9. Support MVP delivery and transition toward production-grade systems
