• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0-10 years of experience in system integration, preferably with Zapier.
• Strong technical skills in system integration and CRM management.
• Experience with Zohomail, Claude, and Hubspot CRM is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Lead the integration process of Zohomail accounts with Claude using Zapier.
• Develop strategies to streamline communication and data sharing between different platforms.
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration and troubleshoot any potential issues.
• Manage Hubspot CRM integration to optimize business processes and customer relationship management.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and suggest improvements in the existing systems.
• Provide training and support to team members on the newly implemented system processes.
