Requirements

  1. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 6-9 years of experience in a similar role within the Computer Software industry.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  5. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  6. Knowledge of CRM software
  7. Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques.
  8. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.



Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  3. Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  4. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong market presence.
  5. Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
