• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or PhD is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a data science role, with a focus on data analysis and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, and SAS.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
• Experience in mentoring or leading a team of data scientists is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and a desire to drive continuous improvement.
