Requirements

1. A bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
3. Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or similar.
4. Experience in user research and interaction design.
5. Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design of intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital products.
2. Conduct user research to understand our users' needs and translate them into design solutions.
3. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups.
4. Collaborate with the product team to ensure designs align with product objectives and user needs.
5. Manage and refine design systems across different products.
6. Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations.
7. Stay updated on current UI/UX trends and contribute to the team's continuous learning and growth.
