What We’re Looking For:

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle and staffing process.
• Strong knowledge of US work authorization types and employment models.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Experience working with VMS/MSP, Prime Vendors, and System Integrators.
