QS Engineer – Job Description

Location: Visakhapatnam

Experience: 7+ Years

Industry: Construction / Building Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis.
• Handle RA Bills, contractor bills, and measurement verification.
• Monitor project quantities, variations, and extra items.
• Review contracts, work orders, and subcontractor bills.
• Coordinate with site, planning, billing, and project teams.
• Prepare quantity reconciliation and cost-related reports.
• Ensure accurate measurement and billing as per drawings and specifications.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in High-Rise & Commercial Building Projects.
• Good knowledge of BOQ, billing, rate analysis, and quantity surveying.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
