• A minimum of 10 years' experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Management role
• Strong Agile/Scrum development methodology experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field

• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Develop and manage a well-defined product backlog to ensure focus on the mission and goals
• Design and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products
• Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure product development timelines are met
