• Bid on Upwork and other freelancing platforms to win projects.
• Build and maintain company profiles to attract potential clients.
• Create tailored proposals, negotiate with clients, and close deals.
• Coordinate with technical teams for accurate project estimation and delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and drive repeat business.

• 3+ years of experience in online bidding & business development for software services.
• Proven success on major freelancing platforms.
• Excellent English communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of web/mobile development and digital marketing.
• Strong client-handling and business development skills.
