Requirements

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 0-1 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the computer software industry.
  3. Understanding of HR operations and best practices.
  4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


Responsibilities


1. Address and resolve client queries about our recruitment and interview as a service offering, ensuring timely and efficient communication.

2. Develop a solid understanding of IT job functions, technical stacks, and industry-specific requirements to facilitate seamless recruitment processes.

3. Assist in onboarding freelance interviewers by managing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth start to their engagement.

4. Coordinate schedules, manage communication, and ensure quality service delivery to support the operational execution of our Interview as a Service model.

5. Contribute to improving HR operations by identifying process gaps and suggesting practical solutions to enhance efficiency.



Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

2. A basic understanding of IT job roles, technical stacks, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is preferred.

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to interact effectively with clients, freelancers, and team members.

4. Ability to address client concerns with a solution-oriented approach.

5. A collaborative attitude to working with multiple stakeholders and ensuring smooth operations.
