We are looking for an experienced USA SAP Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting SAP professionals across the United States. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of US IT recruiting experience, with at least recent 3-5+ years focused specifically on SAP recruitment, and an established network of SAP consultants and professionals in the US market. The recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for SAP consulting and implementation roles, developing qualified candidate pipelines, and building long-term relationships with SAP consultants, staffing partners, and hiring managers.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for SAP positions across the US, including sourcing, screening, qualification, submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Source and recruit SAP professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
• Build and maintain a strong network of SAP consultants and professionals across the US to support both immediate and ongoing requirements.
• Recruit across SAP functional and technical areas, including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, WM, TM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, ABAP, Basis, BTP, and Integration.
• Review and validate resumes against SAP job requirements, ensuring candidates meet required SAP modules, versions, implementation experience, industry experience, and project exposure.
• Conduct initial technical and behavioral screening to assess candidates' SAP experience, communication skills, project history, availability, location, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
• Handle candidates across W2, C2C, and 1099 staffing models as applicable to client requirements.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, JobDiva, Ceipal, Monster, referrals, vendor networks, and other recruiting channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, activity, submissions, and interview status within ATS/VMS platforms.
• Build long-term relationships with SAP consultants to create a reliable pipeline for future requirements.
• Stay current with SAP technologies, market trends, consultant availability, and US SAP staffing rates.
