• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-10 years of experience in collections or a related field
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflict
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using office software like MS Office
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

• Manage and recover outstanding payments from clients
• Contact clients via phone, email, and in-person visits to inquire about unpaid invoices
• Negotiate payment plans and schedules that satisfy all parties involved
• Record and update customer account and interaction details
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service team to resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Ensure to meet collection targets and goals set by management
