• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0-10 years of experience in US IT & Non-IT Recruitment.
• Knowledge of immigration status and basic understanding of US work authorization and payroll structure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals is mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible/night shifts.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT roles for USA-based clients.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, ensuring candidates meet desired job qualifications.
• Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
• Manage the use of recruiters and headhunters.
• Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
• Use ATS and job portals for candidate sourcing.
• Work on flexible/night shifts to coordinate with USA-based clients.
