Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated QA Intern to join our Quality Engineering team. This internship offers hands-on experience in testing web, mobile, and gaming products used by millions of users. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to ensure high-quality releases by identifying bugs, validating features, and improving overall product reliability. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in software testing, quality assurance processes, and modern testing practices while working in a fast-paced product environment.
Responsibilities
● Write and execute test cases based on product requirements.
● Perform functional testing on web and mobile applications.
● Test games end-to-end to ensure correct functionality and user experience.
● Validate mobile features against Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
● Identify, log, and track bugs with detailed reproduction steps.
● Perform regression testing before releases.
● Validate game-related data using basic SQL queries.
● Re-test resolved issues and verify fixes.
● Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA team members to ensure quality delivery.
● Contribute ideas to improve testing processes and product quality.
Requirements
● Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
● Knowledge of test cases, bug reporting, and expected vs. actual results.
● Basic knowledge of SQL.
● Understanding of mobile application testing concepts.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent attention to detail.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Eagerness to learn and grow in a product-focused environment.
● Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and testing efficiency.
Nice to Have
● Exposure to Android and/or iOS application testing.
● Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Notion.
● Interest in gaming, social platforms, or interactive products.
Note: The FRND team works 6 days a week, with 1st and 3rd Saturdays being working days.
