About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Operations Executive to join our fast-paced team at Stable Money. This role will primarily focus on executing daily content updates, ensuring creative quality, and managing promotional campaigns across our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute and quality check homepage banner uploads on the app/ website
2. Complete and manage creative briefs by gathering image links and aligning with internal stakeholders
3. Coordinate and implement daily content refreshes and platform cutovers
4. Conduct quality checks on creative briefs — verifying prices, image links, communication, and correcting any typos
5. Review banner creatives to ensure consistency with the brief in terms of pricing, messaging, and visuals
6. Flag any incorrect details, coordinate for corrections, and ensure timely uploads
7. Own the end-to-end QC process for all banners before they go live

Desired Skills & Experience:

1. 1–4 years of experience in product operations, merchandising operations, or a similar role.
2. Strong customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
3. Good understanding of technology and business operations.
4. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent coordination and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams.
