5–15 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare data domain. Agile-certified (e.g., SAFe PO/PM) with strong experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments. Expertise in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable features and acceptance criteria. Strong understanding of key healthcare data domains such as provider, claims, membership, and benefits. Proven ability to gain deep industry and business knowledge and apply it to drive impactful results. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across multiple teams and organizational levels. Strong communication skills—capable of influencing both technical and non technical stakeholders. Proficient with Agile tools like JIRA, including backlog management and supporting Agile ceremonies.
