Key Responsibilities

• CRM Campaign Support
  • Assist in the execution of CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notification channels.
  • Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure timely deployment of customer communication.
  • Support customer segmentation and audience selection for targeted campaigns.
  • Help maintain CRM databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Agency Coordination
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for creative, CRM, and media agencies.
  • Follow up on campaign deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with agencies to ensure assets, creatives, and reports are delivered on schedule.
  • Track action items and maintain campaign documentation.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Extract and compile campaign performance data from CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards covering key metrics such as open rates, click rates, conversions, and customer engagement.
  • Identify trends and provide basic insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Support ad hoc data requests from the marketing team.
• Marketing Operations
  • Assist in maintaining campaign trackers, reports, and project timelines.
  • Support the team in monitoring campaign execution and quality checks.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, e-commerce, and agency partners.
