Role Purpose: Support end-to-end supply chain planning by coordinating production planning, inventory management, S&OP, dispatch planning, and cross-functional operations to ensure high product availability and optimum inventory levels.

• Prepare and coordinate production plans based on demand forecasts and business priorities.
• Support the monthly S&OP process through planning inputs, MIS, and management reports.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock ageing, and replenishment across plants and distribution locations.
• Coordinate inter-plant transfers, charging operations, and dispatch planning to ensure timely product availability.
• Track order fulfilment, dispatch execution, and supply performance while resolving planning exceptions.
• Generate planning dashboards, MIS, and analytical reports to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, QA, and Regional teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
• Drive continuous improvements in planning processes, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.

• Graduation in any discipline with an MBA and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
