We are seeking a highly driven Operations Excellence Executive to own initiatives that improve center performance, operational efficiency, and scalability. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving, and the ability to work closely with field teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Own end-to-end operational improvement initiatives—from identifying opportunities to implementation, adoption, and impact measurement—to improve center performance and productivity.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify performance gaps, uncover root causes, and convert insights into high-impact improvement initiatives.
• Partner with field teams through regular center visits to understand operational challenges, support implementation, remove execution bottlenecks, and ensure sustained adoption of new processes.
• Design and standardize SOPs, playbooks, governance mechanisms, and operating frameworks that enable consistent execution across the network.

• 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Business Excellence, Strategy, Program Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational improvement initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives from problem identification through execution and impact measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL and business reporting tools is preferred.
