Raytroniq Advanced Materials & Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and innovative Polymer Engineer to join our R&D team. As a key member of this team, you will work on the development and optimization of EPE/EVA/POE solar encapsulant formulations. • A Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, Material Science, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an advantage
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in polymer formulation and development
• Proficient in polymer testing and characterization
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, optical, thermal, and reliability performance optimization
• Experience with extrusion, film processing, and lab-scale trials
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Lead the development and optimization of EPE/EVA/POE solar encapsulant formulations
• Conduct comprehensive polymer testing, characterization, and performance evaluation
• Optimize formulations for mechanical, optical, thermal, and reliability performance
• Manage extrusion, film processing and lab-scale trials
• Analyze test data and troubleshoot formulation/process issues
• Support R&D documentation and the process of commercial scale-up
