What you'll do:

• Drive strategic workforce planning to fuel project success
• Partner with Client Partners, Portfolio Leads, HR & Recruitment to close resourcing gaps fast
• Build dashboards (Power BI/Excel) that give leadership real-time visibility
• Spot skill gaps early and redeploy/upskill talent proactively

What you bring:

• 4–7 years in resource management, workforce planning, or staffing (IT/consulting background a plus)
• Strong understanding on IT technologies & sharp instincts for mapping the right resource to the right project
• Power BI/Excel proficiency + great stakeholder management
