We are a FinTech company building in the private markets space, and we are looking for someone who has built a Reddit community from scratch before and can do the same for us, establishing our presence as a credible, trusted voice in the private markets and AI space.

What You Will Do

• Build our presence on Reddit starting from zero, no existing accounts or history to lean on
• Identify the right subreddits where our target audience (private markets, investing, AI, FinTech) is actually active
• Write and post content that adds real value to these communities, not promotional or corporate sounding posts
• Engage genuinely in discussions, answer questions, and build reputation and trust over time rather than just posting and leaving
• Write supporting content such as posts, comments, and community responses that reflect real subject matter understanding of private markets and AI
• Track what is working in terms of engagement, karma, community response, and any resulting traffic or leads
• Stay mindful of each subreddit's specific rules and culture, since Reddit does not respond well to anything that feels like marketing

What We Are Looking For

• Real, hands on experience building a Reddit community or presence completely from scratch, not just general social media experience
• A specific example you can walk us through: what you started with, what you did, and where it ended up
• Comfortable writing in a natural, conversational tone rather than a brand voice
• Some understanding of or interest in private markets, investing, or AI, enough to write and engage credibly
• Strong written English
• Experience with FinTech or SaaS communities on Reddit is a plus but not required
