This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Inside Sales Executive will engage prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online channels to present Expand smERP solutions and convert qualified leads into opportunities. Responsibilities include proactive lead generation, responding to inbound inquiries, conducting product demos in coordination with BizTech experts, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role also involves understanding customer requirements, explaining product features and pricing, coordinating with implementation and support teams, and following up to drive closures and renewals. The Inside Sales Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team targets while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in Lead Generation, including cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying opportunities.
• Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, with strong presentation skills.
• Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Comfort working with technology products or SaaS solutions; ERP or software sales experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
