What are we looking for : We are looking for a Tender Specialist with strong experience in Government, Defence, PSU, and GeM tenders. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tender lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and preparing bids to submission, coordination, contract execution, inspection, and post-award documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end Government, Defence, PSU, and GeM tenders.
  • Identify tender opportunities and manage bid preparation and submission.
  • Prepare technical BOMs, compliance documents, specifications, BOQs, and commercial bids.
  • Coordinate with Government/Defence stakeholders for pre-bid meetings, technical discussions, inspections, demos, and clarifications.
  • Coordinate with internal R&D, Technical, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Track tender deadlines, corrigenda, submissions, and post-award requirements.
  • Support contract execution, inspection, delivery, and documentation after award.
Requirements :
  • 2–4 years of experience in Government/Defence tender management.
  • Hands-on experience with GeM and government tender portals.
  • Strong knowledge of tender documentation, compliance, and bid processes.
  • Good communication, coordination, and MS Excel skills.
  • Experience in UAV/Drone, Defence, Electronics, Robotics, or Aerospace will be preferred.
