Role and responsibilities - Maintain & review accurate books of accounts, in depth variance analysis Supporting After Market dealer claims and analyzing cost impacts and perform reconciliations. Assist in preparing, analyzing various incentive schemes and tracking them Perform various account reconciliations & ledger scrutiny to ensure correct accounting. Review Slow and non-moving inventory and push business to liquidate Supporting in analyzing & reporting financials including P & L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital on periodic basis. Supporting in revenue recognition, accounting & Month close activities. Support in timely preparation of presentations for monthly review meetings. Co-ordinate with cross functional teams on day to day activities. Assist in process documentation and implementation. Analyze business issues & problems, and perform trend analysis.
