• Source, screen, and recruit finance and accounting professionals across the US.
• Hire for roles including Accountants, Financial Analysts, Controllers, Tax Professionals, Payroll Specialists, Auditors, Bookkeepers, Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialists, and Finance Managers.
• Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Build a robust candidate pipeline and achieve recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure timely candidate submissions.

• Experience in US Staffing is mandatory.
• US Finance Recruitment experience is preferred.
• Candidates with US Professional or Non-IT Recruitment experience may also apply.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder.
