Job Profile

• Procurement of Maize derivatives (Sorbitol, Glucose), Essential Aromatic Oils (Mentha Oil, Spearmint Oil, Clove Oil, Sandalwood Oil) and Psyllium Husk for Dabur & its subsidiaries
• Understand the entire value chain of above-mentioned items and do appropriate interventions to accrue value for the company
• Maintain inventory as per norms.
• Suggest sourcing strategy (long term)
• Develop & Implement sourcing tactic (short term)
• Implement agreed ESG plan in the category.
• New vendor development

Key Deliverables

• Performance is measured against Savings Vs Budget and Savings Vs Market (M2M)
• OTIF (On-Time In-Full delivery) Score.
• Inventory Management (days of inventory)
• Write-off avoidance.
• Progress against identified Cost Saving Initiatives
• Quality Management

Education Qualification and working experience

• Under-Graduate in Agriculture or Horticulture or Allied Stream
• MBA or PGDBM from reputed college / university. (Preferential: UG in Agriculture & Allied Stream & MBA/PGD in Agribusiness / Rural Management Stream) with relevant working exp. of 4-6 yrs.
