Based in Chennai or Hyderabad, you will be integral in sourcing top-notch talent for our sales team, working closely with stakeholders, and managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in recruitment, specifically in IT/Software/FinTech recruitment and Enterprise Sales hiring.
• Experience with US and Europe Sales hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in the use of LinkedIn for talent sourcing and talent mapping.
• Experience in offer negotiation and ATS management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Lead the recruitment of sales roles across the US and European markets.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure recruitment needs are met.
• Utilize LinkedIn for talent sourcing and talent mapping.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing and screening, through to offer negotiation.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage and optimize use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
