We are seeking an experienced US Payroll Specialist with strong hands-on experience using UKG Ready or UKG Pro and working knowledge of NetSuite Projects / Project Accounting / Project Billing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience processing US payroll, managing multi-state payroll requirements, handling employee payroll changes, performing payroll reconciliations, and supporting payroll reporting and validation. Experience working with NetSuite project-related transactions, project costing, billing, and reporting is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with UKG Ready or UKG Pro is a must-have.
• Strong hands-on US payroll processing experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll taxes and withholding requirements.
• Experience with payroll reconciliations and payroll validation.
• Experience with employee setup, payroll changes, deductions, reporting, and adjustments.
• Experience with W-2s and 1099s.
• Experience with NetSuite Projects, Project Accounting, Project Billing, project costing, or related project transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain payroll accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable working onsite full-time.

Compensation

Compensation: competitive and based on experience. This is the targeted compensation range for this role. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
