The role is responsible for driving the performance, adoption, and lifecycle management of products within the Unified Collaboration domain. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Pricing, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Success to manage product strategy, development, enhancement, positioning, and go-to-market execution. The role requires active engagement with enterprise customers to understand business requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, gather feedback, and translate customer needs into product enhancements. This is a highly collaborative and customer-facing role with direct impact on product success, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. The position operates in multiple time zone and collaborative business environment which may require working in rotational shifts based on business requirements. Work from office is mandatory for 5 days a week.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, Business, or equivalent qualification. MBA/PGDM, Product Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• 4-7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Sales Engineering roles.
• Experience in Unified Communications, Collaboration, Cloud, SaaS, Contact Center, or Telecom products is preferred.

Other Knowledge & Skills

• Experience managing various stages of the product lifecycle, from requirement gathering to launch and enhancement.
• Strong customer-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into technical and functional product requirements.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution presentations.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution of product strategy and roadmap for Unified Collaboration solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from customers, sales teams, and market insights.
• Work closely with engineering and development teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Facilitate and be accountable for Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and product demonstrations.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, customer feedback, and key business KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, architecture diagrams, workflows, sequence flows, and user guides.
• Act as a product subject matter expert (SME) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage directly with prospective and existing customers to understand business needs, use cases, and technical requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, customer workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support strategic customer opportunities and drive solution adoption.
• Translate customer requirements into product enhancements, feature requests, and business cases.
• Address customer queries related to product capabilities, integrations, roadmap, and deployments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product positioning and launch.
• Coordinate product releases, feature rollouts, and go-to-market activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Support development of sales enablement content, product collateral, competitive positioning, and training materials.
• Work closely with support and operations teams to resolve product-related issues and improve customer experience.
• Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the collaboration and communication space.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancement, revenue growth, and customer retention.
• Participate in customer meetings, industry events, webinars, and internal forums to promote product value propositions.
• Support business growth initiatives through effective product positioning and solution consulting.
