Key Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles in all IT Roles (eg: SAP, Oracle, Java, .NET, Python, and more.)
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates.
- Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and project stakeholders.
- Expertise working on C2C and W2 requirements.
- Worked on core IT requirements and understanding of technology stack.
