What You’ll Do – Position Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Manager – Cluster Operations to own and scale our city-level operations. This role is at the forefront of Snabbit’s 10-minute home services promise, requiring a balance of operational rigor, leadership excellence, and executional hustle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multi-layered team of CLMs and ACLMs to ensure end-to-end operational excellence and strong on-ground execution.

• Build and implement an execution framework focused on booking loss reduction, utilization tracking, EOB monitoring, and issue resolution for smooth daily operations.

• Drive the launch and scaling of new clusters and hoods by ensuring readiness across manpower, training, logistics, and cross-functional coordination.

• Oversee performance management, retention, and attrition control of service experts while fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and accountability.

• Track and analyze key operational KPIs—TAT, utilization, supply-demand match, service quality to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Identify process gaps and implement improvements through automation, standardization of SOPs, and continuous operational refinement.

• Collaborate with central operations and leadership teams to align priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and present weekly business reviews with actionable insights.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• 8-12 years of experience in city/cluster operations, logistics, or last-mile delivery. Startup or hyper-growth environment exposure is a strong plus.

• Proven track record of leading large, multi-layered teams and driving outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance short-term firefighting and long-term process building.

• Data-driven mindset with expertise in using dashboards, metrics, and analytics to monitor performance and drive improvements.

• High energy, ownership mindset, agility, and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving startup ecosystem.
