About the Role

Role Overview:

  • Handle inbound calls from U.S. healthcare customers.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
  • No sales targets involved in this process.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation/Diploma is an advantage).
  • Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • In-hand salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month.
  • Travel allowance and subsidized meals.
  • Free cab drop after night shift.
  • Attendance bonus of ₹1,000 per month.
  • Annual performance bonus up to ₹15,000.
