APRIDEN is building its recruitment delivery team in Chinchwad, Pune, and is looking for experienced, success-oriented IT recruiters who are confident in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement and closing positions. This opportunity is suitable for recruiters who are motivated by successful placements and lucrative monthly incentives rather than only by a high fixed salary. We are a growing startup, and selected recruiters will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the development of our Domestic and US staffing operations.

• Source qualified IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, referrals and professional networks
• Understand technical requirements and identify candidates aligned with client expectations
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, compensation, location, notice period and career interest
• Conduct detailed candidate qualification calls
• Manage candidate engagement from sourcing through interview, offer and joining
• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-up with candidates
• Maintain accurate candidate, submission and interview records
• Build active pipelines for current and upcoming requirements
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sourcing, submission and placement targets
• Maintain professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders

• Relevant experience in Domestic IT recruitment or US IT recruitment
• Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies and recruitment terminology
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, job portals and candidate databases
• Good candidate screening, negotiation and follow-up capabilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned requirements
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Must be comfortable working from the APRIDEN office in Chinchwad
• Candidates residing in or near Chinchwad, Pimpri-Chinchwad or nearby Pune locations will be preferred
• Immediate joiners will receive priority

Working Schedule: Working Days: Monday to Friday and every alternate Saturday. Work Mode: Work from Office only. Domestic Recruiter Hours: Standard India business hours. US Recruiter Hours: Standard US recruitment business hours. Candidates looking for remote or hybrid work should not apply.

Compensation Structure: Modest fixed salary aligned with the current startup stage. Lucrative incentives for every successful placement. Monthly earning potential linked directly to individual performance and closures. Incentive discussions will be an important part of the interview process. No additional employee benefits are currently available.

This position is best suited for recruiters who are confident about delivering placements and want to increase their earnings through performance-based incentives. Preferred Candidate Profile: Currently staying near Chinchwad or willing to commute daily. Available to join immediately. Experienced in end-to-end IT recruitment.
