The H125 Program at Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL), Vemagal, Karnataka, is a landmark aerospace manufacturing initiative and the first private-sector helicopter Final Assembly Line (FAL) in India. Established in partnership with Airbus Helicopters, the facility is dedicated to manufacturing, assembling, integrating, testing, and delivering one of the world's most successful single-engine light helicopters.

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure timely availability of materials, efficient logistics, and optimal inventory management aligned with production and business requirements.
• Ensure uninterrupted material availability for production and operations.
• Drive supplier performance, procurement efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Manage logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.

• Maintain SCM documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate audits (internal/external) and ensure compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and agreements.
• Track and report SCM KPIs (inventory turns, OTIF, cost savings).
• Execution / Implementation.
• Manage procurement planning, order placement, and supplier follow-ups.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with production schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and drive improvements.
• Oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, and stock optimization.
