We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (4–7 years’ experience) to join our team.

• BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
• Cost estimation and budgeting
• Tender and quotation analysis
• Cost monitoring and variation management
• Coordination with Design, Architecture, Structural & MEP consultants
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and design coordination

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 4–7 years of experience in residential projects
• Strong knowledge of QS, estimation, BOQs, and MS Excel
• Exposure to design coordination will be an added advantage
