If you are a good Sourcer with min 2 years in Recruitments then you will nail this job post upon reading it once! We need someone with 1 -4 years experience SOURCING CVS for various positions in non - IT manufacturing all functions and domains (Engineering, Light & heavy Engineering, Process Industrye, EPC). You have a great understanding of various job roles and to SOURCE from First competitor list and subsequently has good experience to SOURCE CVS from Similar industry.

Our Recruitment teams are siloed as per the specific competency required for each job role such as:

• Sourcer- Will source CVs for various positions from Job Portals Naukri and LinkedIn
• Recruiter - Will engage with candidates already Sourced by the SOURCER
• Team Leader- Engages with candidates for Senior position and Leads the team of Sourcer & Recruiters
• CRM/Account Manager - Basically Client front ending and interaction role
