Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  2. 4-8 years of experience in community management or growth marketing, preferably in the financial services and banking industry.
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
  4. Strong technical skills, with proficiency in CRM software, social media platforms, and data analysis tools.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Ability to travel as needed for industry events and meetings.



Responsibilities

  1. Lead and develop growth strategies to increase community engagement and brand awareness.
  2. Manage community initiatives to build long-term relationships with our members.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on growth objectives and initiatives.
  4. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  5. Represent Array Ventures at industry events and forums, establishing our presence in the AI startup ecosystem.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
  7. Identify and pursue partnership opportunities to expand our reach and influence in the market.
