We specialize in delivering impactful training programs in Personality Development, Public Speaking, Leadership, Communication Skills, and Entrepreneurship to individuals, corporates, colleges, and industrial clients.

Position: Academic Counsellor & Soft Skills Trainer

Type: Full-Time | Office-Based

Location: Coimbatore

Eligibility: Any Graduate / Engineer / MBA Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Experienced candidates in soft skills training, English language teaching, counselling, or front-office handling preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in enquiries and counsel prospective learners
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads for training and admissions
• Support the sales team in client interactions and fee collections
• Undergo in-house training to become a certified Soft Skills & Communication Skills Trainer
• Conduct and support in delivering training programs (post-training phase)

Skills Required:

• Fluency in English and Tamil (spoken and written)
• Good interpersonal, listening, and counselling abilities
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic training environment
• Strong presentation and coordination skills
