Job Location: - Thane West

Salary:- 2.5LPA to 4.5LPA (Plus upto 35K incentives monthly)

Responsibilities :-
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customers through regular virtual interaction on calls.
  • Understand customer banking needs and recommend suitable Kotak products such as savings accounts, investments, insurance, loans, and digital solutions.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, relationship deepening, and cross-selling.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining compliance and quality parameters.
  • Provide quick resolution to customer queries and ensure seamless digital banking experience.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.
Requirement :-
  • Any Graduate can apply now || No fresher
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Min 1 year Experience Mandatory
  • Performance-based growth opportunities
  • On-roll/Banking process exposure
Salary & Benefits :-
  • Salary: 2.5LPA to 4.5LPA depends on interview (Plus upto35k incentives monthly)
  • 6 week offs in a month (4 Sundays & 2 Saturdays)
  • Training provided
