As part of the Founder’s Office (Product Management), you will work directly with the founder on strategic product initiatives, problem-solving, and execution. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role where you will help identify what matters most, structure the work, and drive cross-functional alignment until outcomes are delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Work with founders to identify key product priorities and convert them into clear execution plans.
- Drive critical product initiatives across user journeys, operational workflows, and internal tools.
- Define problem statements, gather user and stakeholder insights, and recommend practical solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, and Content teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track project progress, highlight risks early, and help unblock teams quickly.
- Use data, customer feedback, and market understanding to support product decisions.
- Support special projects that sit at the intersection of product, business, and operations.
Must-Have Qualifications- 2–5 years of experience in product, business operations, strategy, or a similar high-ownership role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguous, fast-changing priorities.
- Ability to think structurally, communicate clearly, and execute with urgency.
- Hands-on mindset with a bias for action, ownership, and follow-through.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working directly with founders and senior leaders.
- Experience in startups, consumer internet, edtech, or service-led businesses is a plus.
- Comfort working closely with product, tech, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
