Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.

Manage scope, timelines, resource allocation, risks, and quality.

Conduct Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives.

Coordinate with clients, business analysts, QA, and development teams.

Oversee functional, regression, automation, and API testing.

Manage automation frameworks (Selenium, Java, BDD, Maven, POM).

Ensure adherence to SDLC/STLC processes and quality standards.

Track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely releases.

Handle requirements gathering and documentation.

Drive continuous improvement and process optimization within the team.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and project management.

Hands-on experience in Automation Testing (Selenium, Java, BDD).

Experience in API testing, DB testing (PostgreSQL/DB2).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Ability to manage BFSI/FinTech projects and high-volume systems.

Qualifications

B.Tech./Engineering in IT or related field.

8–12 years’ experience including project management and testing background.
