Interviews with HireHunch occur 24/7 with candidates located throughout the world.

Conduct interviews based on your own schedule - whether that be once a day, 18 times a week, mornings, nights, weekdays or weekends.

Utilise the HireHunch system and process to conduct fair, equitable interviews.

You will interview following/using the HireHunch structured approach and interviewing infrastructure in a wide variety of roles. Post interview, you would be providing detailed feedback about the candidate for the set of assessment parameters, along with actionable insights for the next round of interviews.

These interviews focus on:

● Evaluating core technical skills required for the role (e.g. data structures, algorithms, etc., for software engineers)

● Function/Domain-specific knowledge (e.g. understanding of Java, Go, Javascript etc., for software engineers )

● Specific framework, tools & technologies (e.g. iOS, distributed systems, etc. for software engineers)

● Knowledge of different AI tools & technologies

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who:

Have 2+ years of hands-on industry experience, with prior exposure to conducting interviews

Are strong communicators in English, both verbal and written

Want to leverage idle work hours for a flexible freelancing opportunity

Have access to a stable and reliable internet connection

Are equipped with a working webcam (video interviews are required)
