• 0-10 years of experience in AR calling, specifically within a healthcare setup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of standard billing procedures and regulations.

• Manage and maintain a detailed record of collections activity.
• Follow up on outstanding AR and work closely with insurance companies to ensure timely payment of claims.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to management detailing billing activity.
• Assist in the resolution of billing issues and patient inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with standard billing procedures and regulations.
