Social Media Manager

About the Role

Socially is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team in Dubai. You will work across multiple client accounts, build strategies that perform, and bring fresh ideas that keep our brands ahead in the UAE market.

What You'll Do

• Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Snapchat

• Develop tailored social media strategies for each client

• Monitor performance, analyse data, and optimise campaigns for better results

• Stay on top of platform trends and bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table

• Collaborate with designers and content writers to deliver quality work on time

• Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of social media management experience, preferably in an agency

• Strong understanding of the UAE market and consumer behaviour

• Hands on experience with paid social campaigns and ad managers

• Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping the ball

• Experience with analytics tools and reporting
