The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and BOQs for electrical projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with technical specifications and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing drawings and tender documents, conducting site and data-based assessments, coordinating with engineering and project teams, and supporting proposal and bid preparation. The role also involves engaging with suppliers and contractors to obtain competitive quotations, participating in negotiations, and providing cost-related input during project planning and execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Rajkot Area, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to company quality and safety standards.

Candidates should possess strong Project Estimation and BOQ preparation skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Candidates should possess Civil Engineering and related technical knowledge to understand construction practices and integration with electrical systems. Candidates should possess effective Negotiation skills to work with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders on pricing and terms. Candidates should possess solid Research skills to gather market rates, technical data, and project information for accurate costing. Relevant degree or diploma in Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline. Proficiency in MS Office and estimation tools; familiarity with ERP or project management software is an advantage. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work with deadlines in a project-driven environment. Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Prior experience in electrical distribution panels or industrial electrical projects is preferred.
