• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI (Mechanical) is required.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in Calibration.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Thread Gauges.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Lead the selection and issuance of gauges/measuring instruments (Thread Ring/Plug Gauges, Plain Gauges, Limit Gauges, Depth Gauges, etc.) to Production.
• Develop and maintain gauge register records in MS Excel.
• Manage the collection, inspection, and verification of returned gauges/instruments; update records accordingly.
• Design and implement calibration procedures for various types of gauges and instruments.
• Enter and update data in ERP software.
• Collaborate with production team to ensure the availability of calibrated instruments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the calibration department.
